IT Infrastructure Services (ITIS) Project Office (PO) supports project, program, portfolio and operations managers with targeted methods and tools in the ITIS organization. Built upon PMI® and ITIL® best practices, ITIS PO provides both the project and the operations spheres of our data center business with consultative support as well as with professional methods, tools and templates. These are designed and adapted to best suit ITIS specific business needs.
Many of the project management artifacts developed during the project planning stages such as SharePoint repositories, change-and quality-control processes, communication plans, and risk response plans are adapted and inherited by the project’s operations team to continue seamlessly with the professional management of ongoing programs and operations.
