    This position is responsible for managing and enhancing the performance of a team of Support Engineers, including the areas of customer satisfaction, technical expertise, and timeliness of support delivery.

    Reports Developer - Las Cruces, NM or San Antonio, TX

    The developer will manage the design and development of management reports on company SharePoint. This position will also guarantee the performance integrity and quality of reports, ensure report performance and resolve problems, maintain database dictionaries and report guides, and coordinates with other IT departments to ensure implementation and monitoring of reports. This position reports to the Workforce Manager.
